Key Qualifications:
- Holds valid SLPA licensure in the state of Kansas
- Experience in school-based or pediatric speech therapy settings is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to independently manage schedules and prioritize assignments
- Reliable transportation to commute between 1-3 campuses each week
- Effective communicator, able to collect data and document progress with high attention to detail
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students under the supervision of an SLP
- Support SLPs in implementing tailored treatment plans and modifying session activities as needed
- Assist with scheduling and decision-making regarding school visits based on therapy needs
- Collect and document student progress data, ensuring compliance with all district and state protocols
- Maintain consistent collaboration with supervising SLPs, teachers, and other educational professionals
