School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant | Lakeville, Massachusetts

In this role, your expertise will help shape and deliver therapeutic and educational outcomes through direct services and active participation in IEP planning. You’ll work exclusively with students at the elementary level, providing assessments, delivering evidence-based therapy, conducting evaluations, and engaging with interdisciplinary teams to optimize student growth.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Massachusetts SLP license is required
- Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
- Ability to fulfill all state and district requirements pertinent to school-based SLP services
- Solid interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Commitment to ethical practice and student-centered care
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for K-5 students
- Provide both group and individual therapy sessions as outlined in student IEPs
- Regularly participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with teachers, families, and related service providers
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and services delivered
- Utilize creative, individualized approaches to engage students and foster development
