Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold an active Texas SLPA license and be able to provide a screenshot for documentation (licensure in hand required).
- Previous experience working in a school-based setting as an SLPA.
- Ability to commute reliably to all assigned campuses; positions are on-site only.
- Strong organizational skills and clear communication, with a focus on supportive, student-centered therapy.
- Flexible regarding start dates and open to assignment durations as determined by campus needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services and facilitate communication interventions under SLP supervision.
- Maintain accurate session notes and collaborate with educational staff and caregivers.
- Participate in team meetings, progress monitoring, and individualized education support.
- Adhere to district, state, and ethical requirements for practice.
