Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Hope Mills, NC
Embark on a rewarding contract as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant supporting multiple school campuses in the Hope Mills, NC, area. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact from August 13, 2026, through May 27, 2027, working Monday through Friday for 37.5 hours each week. Key Qualifications:
- Active North Carolina SLPA license required (must be up to date and valid for the duration of assignment)
- Previous experience within school settings or with pediatric populations highly preferred
- Ability to support students across elementary, middle, and high school age groups
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Capacity to work effectively with supervising SLPs, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
- Open to both local and travel professionals committed to onsite service delivery
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and support services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Assist with implementation of IEP goals through individualized and group therapy sessions
- Collect data and maintain accurate, timely documentation of student progress and interventions
- Adapt materials and activities to maximize student participation and communication growth
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and ongoing collaboration across campuses as required
