Desired Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree or higher from an accredited SLPA program
- Current SLPA licensure (or eligibility) in Indiana
- Previous experience in a school setting is strongly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for working collaboratively with children, educators, and families
Core Responsibilities:
- Carry out therapy plans and treatment activities designed by supervising SLP
- Assist with screening and documentation of student progress
- Prepare and organize therapy materials
- Support data collection, progress monitoring, and reporting as needed
- Work closely with SLPs, teachers, and other staff to enhance student outcomes
- Provide feedback and communicate student needs to the supervising therapist
