School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Gig Harbor, Washington

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active Washington SLPA license is required
- Previous experience in school settings is preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to support students from kindergarten through high school

Role Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language services as directed by a certified SLP
- Implement therapy plans, activities, and materials to address student goals
- Monitor student progress and document sessions accurately
- Support data collection and provide feedback to the SLP
- Assist with screening and assessment as trained and permitted
- Foster positive relationships with students, teachers, and families
