Speech Language Pathologist Assistant in Fountain, CO

Key Qualifications:
- Valid license as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
- Experience in school settings, particularly working with mild to moderate student populations, is preferred
- Strong communication skills and an enthusiastic, student-centered approach
- Ability to collaborate with speech-language pathologists and other school staff
- Organized, reliable, and compassionate demeanor
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language support sessions to students as outlined in their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Assist with implementing therapy activities developed by supervising SLPs
- Track and document student progress, maintaining accurate records
- Support the SLP in developing materials and coordinating scheduling
- Participate in team meetings related to student progress and intervention planning
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all students on campus
