Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant | Alturas, California

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech therapy services individually or in small groups under SLP supervision
- Implement treatment plans targeting articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
- Monitor and document progress toward IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and related service providers to support holistic student growth
- Assist with the implementation of IEPs and ensure compliance with district and state guidelines
- Adhere to organizational and clinical requirements to ensure quality service delivery
Desired Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited SLPA program
- Current state license or registration as an SLPA
- Ability to provide services both directly and indirectly under SLP supervision
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Previous school-based experience is a plus but not required
