School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Fall River, Massachusetts

Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts SLPA license required
- Previous experience in a school-based setting or with middle school students preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage a small caseload effectively
- Familiarity with educational documentation and IEP goals
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to middle school students under the supervision of a certified SLP
- Support implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to encourage student progress
- Assist with data collection, session notes, and progress monitoring
- Maintain compliance with state and district policies
- Participate in team meetings as needed
Details:
- Contract role with an immediate start
- Runs through June 21, 2027
- 10 hours per week, scheduled across 1-2 days; exact schedule can be discussed
- Manage a dedicated middle school caseload in a supportive educational environment
- Pay ranges from $30–$35 per hour based on experience
