Required Qualifications:
- Active and valid Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license
- Recent experience in a school-based or pediatric setting (highly preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Adaptability within dynamic classroom and therapy settings
- Commitment to fostering growth and communication skills in students
- Ability to work full-time onsite throughout the school year
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out therapy activities as planned and supervised by an SLP
- Provide direct and indirect services to students in accordance with their IEPs
- Document progress and maintain meticulous records
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in school and IEP meetings as needed
- Support generalization of skills within classroom, small group, and one-on-one settings
