This contract position begins August 24, 2026, and continues through June 17, 2027, working onsite three days a week, for a total of 21 hours per week. The environment is dynamic, with a mix of elementary students and occasional preschool coverage within an ABA self-contained program.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Current, active New Hampshire SLPA licensure is required.
- Demonstrated school-based SLPA experience, supporting K-5 and preschool students.
- Comfortable working with students in both general education and ABA self-contained settings.
- Must be able to obtain district-mandated fingerprint clearance.
- Strong collaborative and communication skills with teachers, staff, and families.
- Flexibility to adapt to the varying needs of both elementary and preschool caseloads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language support to a 2nd through 5th-grade caseload.
- Provide services to preschool students as needed, integrating evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with educators and special education staff within an ABA self-contained environment.
- Support implementation of IEP goals and document student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and parent communications as required.
- Uphold compliance with school and state documentation and privacy standards.
