Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Completion of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) program
- Current or pending SLPA license in the state
- Previous exposure to school-based or healthcare settings is valued

- Comfortable providing services to students across a diverse range of ages and needs
- Strong communication, organization, and adaptability
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy and support to students under the supervision of a certified SLP
- Assist with the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Participate in data collection and documentation of student progress
- Support screening and assessment processes as directed
- Communicate student needs and progress with staff and families appropriately
- Engage in team meetings and staff trainings throughout the contract term
