Job Overview
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time, school-based opportunity in Dallas, TX! This is a great opportunity to support students' communication development while working alongside experienced Speech-Language Pathologists and a collaborative special education team.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
- Assist students with articulation, language development, fluency, and social communication skills.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
- Track student progress and maintain accurate therapy documentation.
- Collaborate with supervising SLPs, teachers, and special education staff.
- Support students across K–12 grade levels.

- Monday–Friday Schedule

Qualifications
- Active Texas SLPA License (Required)
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
