Qualifications:
- Active SLPA licensure for Missouri is required
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong organizational abilities to manage documentation and scheduling effectively
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to elementary-age students
- Collaborate with supervising SLPs, teachers, and school staff
- Maintain accurate student records and therapy notes
- Carry out individualized education plans (IEPs) and support student goals
- Communicate progress and recommendations to families and the educational team
