You’ll be working with a diverse and dynamic caseload, helping each student achieve greater success.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid SLPA licensure or certification
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong collaboration skills—able to coordinate effectively with Tele SLP and onsite staff
- Adaptability to changing caseloads and building assignments
- Solid understanding of group and individual speech-language intervention techniques
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with a Tele SLP to implement treatment plans for approximately 41 students (caseload subject to change)
- Deliver 55 weekly thirty-minute therapy sessions, including both individual (16) and group (37) formats
- Split services across three buildings, working with elementary, middle, and high school students
- Collect and maintain accurate data on student progress
- Modify therapy approaches to meet individual student needs
- Collaborate in IEP meetings and communicate with teaching staff and parents as needed
