Speech Language Pathologist Assistant in Cambridge, MA

Key Qualifications:
- Holds an active Massachusetts SLPA license
- Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Organized, adaptable, and comfortable traveling between sites
- Ready to start as soon as possible and available through June 18, 2027
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of individualized speech and language therapy programs under the supervision of a licensed SLP
- Work collaboratively with teaching and interdisciplinary staff to promote inclusive learning environments
- Engage students in meaningful and evidence-based activities that target language, articulation, and social communication goals
- Maintain meticulous records of student progress and session documentation as required
- Communicate effectively with families, educators, and team members to support student outcomes
