School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant | Buda, Texas

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current SLPA license or certification in good standing
- Experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish is required
- Understanding of IEP documentation and progress monitoring
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Collaborative attitude, with a commitment to supporting student success
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of speech-language therapy under the supervision of an SLP
- Provide direct and indirect services to students with speech and language needs
- Adapt activities and materials to meet individual student goals, especially for Spanish-speaking learners
- Assist with assessment, data collection, and progress tracking
- Contribute to planning and team meetings as needed
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to school policies
