School-Based Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - Vida, MT

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Associate’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or closely related field
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as an SLPA
- Previous experience in a school-based setting desired, but new graduates and those with pediatric experience are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in working with children and adolescents
- Ability to follow treatment plans and work under supervision of an SLP
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students with a variety of needs under the guidance of an SLP
- Implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and document student progress
- Participate in team meetings, collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
- Prepare therapy materials and maintain accurate records of interventions
