Qualifications:
- Current SLPA credentials, eligible for practice in a school setting

- Ability to develop and implement individualized and group therapy strategies
- Capable of adhering to state and school compliance policies for student therapy
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group contexts
- Support supervising therapists with executing intervention plans
- Track and document student progress in accordance with school-imposed guidelines
- Partner with teachers, staff, and families for cohesive support
- Adjust therapy activities and strategies to meet diverse student needs
- Take part in ongoing meetings or trainings as required
