- Current or eligible SLPA licensure
- Previous experience as an SLPA in school or healthcare environments strongly preferred
- Ability to collaborate with supervising SLPs, teachers, and school staff
- Comfort working with students from diverse backgrounds in K–12th grades
- Effective communication skills with students, staff, and families
- Reliability and commitment to maintaining documentation and therapy schedules
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy under SLP supervision
- Support implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Assist in assessments and progress monitoring
- Prepare materials and document student progress efficiently
- Engage with educators and parents to promote student achievement
- Participate in team meetings and relevant school activities
