Qualifications and skills:
- Active state licensure or registration as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

- Ability to work collaboratively with supervising SLPs, teachers, and other school staff
- Organizational skills to manage documentation and caseload requirements
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services as directed by a supervising SLP
- Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collect data on student progress and maintain accurate records
- Prepare therapy materials and support classroom activities related to communication needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a collaborative school culture
- Engage with families and educators to promote carryover of skills
