School Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) | Arlington, Texas

This position offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week during the academic year, with a set assignment rotation—no daily campus transitions required. You’ll make a direct impact by supporting students according to their assigned schedules at each campus, allowing you to focus on meaningful, student-centered care.
What We’re Looking For:
- Current and active TX SLPA license
- Prior experience in educational or pediatric settings
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple student caseloads efficiently
- Flexibility and collaboration when working within a multi-campus model
- Completion of required fingerprinting and drug screening before start date
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and support services to students in line with individualized plans
- Collaborate with supervising SLPs, educators, and families to track progress and adjust interventions
- Maintain detailed records and timely documentation for student sessions and goals
- Rotate among two elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school—remaining at one site per day with clear assignments
- Contribute to multidisciplinary teams to help every student achieve their communication potential
