Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist Assistant | Archie, Missouri

Qualifications & Experience:

- Ability to assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based interventions for a variety of speech and language disorders
- Organized and self-motivated, able to manage documentation and caseload efficiently
- Comfort with IEP processes and familiarity with school-based service delivery
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and screenings of students’ speech and language abilities
- Develop and implement treatment plans in alignment with students’ IEPs or program goals
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions tailored to each student's needs
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to monitor progress and adapt strategies as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress, and communication
- Participate in team meetings and contribute your expertise to multidisciplinary planning
