Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Valid SLPA license (or eligibility) in Washington State
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong understanding of individualized education programs (IEPs) and student progress documentation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Committed to fostering a positive and inclusive environment for students
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Speech-Language Pathologists in implementing therapy plans
- Provide direct intervention services to students as outlined in IEPs
- Collect and organize data on student performance and progress
- Help create materials and activities to support student goals
- Collaborate with educators and families to support students’ communication needs
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation
