Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a closely related field
- Active SLP licensure in Ohio
- SLP-CCC certification preferred
- School-based SLP experience is an asset
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative spirit
- Organizational ability to efficiently manage a manageable caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services to a diverse student body with a variety of speech and language needs
- Assess, diagnose, and document speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions to foster student success
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to create a supportive learning environment
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning for students
