Speech-Language Pathologist in Framingham, MA
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in a K-12 school setting located in Framingham, MA. This contract role spans a full semester with flexibility for part-time candidates. Two openings exist—one to cover a maternity leave and another to cover a medical leave—with start dates as soon as possible and end dates to be determined.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments and preparing detailed reports
- Delivering individualized speech-language services to students
- Collaborating with educators and parents via consultations and communication
- Writing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and developing targeted goals
- Maintaining thorough documentation related to student progress
Qualifications:
- Must hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Active SLP licensure in Massachusetts is required
- Prior experience in school-based settings essential
- Ability to work onsite due to caseload requirements
- Completion of CORI background checks and fingerprinting is mandatory
Work Schedule:
- 32.5 hours per week
- Onsite presence required to manage caseload effectively
