Position Overview:
A school district in Woodruff, WI is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join their early learning team for the remainder of the current school year. This role is fully onsite and centered around immersive support within 3K, 4K, and kindergarten classrooms. The SLP will work directly inside the early childhood environments to provide intervention, observe student communication skills in real time, and collaborate closely with teachers and support staff.
Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language services within early learning classrooms

Utilize a full-immersion model to support students during natural routines and instructional activities

Conduct screenings, evaluations, and progress monitoring

Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with student IEP goals

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions

Collaborate with classroom staff to integrate communication strategies into daily activities
Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
-
Active Wisconsin SLP license
-
DPI certification (or eligibility)
-
Experience in early childhood settings preferred

Strong collaborative and communication skills
