Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Woodbridge, Virginia

All interviews are conveniently conducted remotely, with flexible scheduling to accommodate candidates.
Qualifications:
- Valid Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- CCC, Clinical Fellowship (CFY), and candidates with pediatric/healthcare/SLS-school backgrounds considered
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with diverse student populations and individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Comfortable adapting to varying caseloads and assignment types
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, communication, and language disorders in students
- Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to student IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP/team meetings
- Adapt services to meet changing needs and assignments within the district
