Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Woodbridge, VA

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active VA SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Experience working in school settings is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a commitment to equity in education
- Must be able to provide onsite services (remote or hybrid work is not available for this position)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students with a wide range of communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine eligibility and ongoing needs
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress monitoring in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines
