Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current state SLP license, or eligibility to obtain one before the assignment start date
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Open to relocation for the assignment duration
- Previous experience in school settings preferred, though we welcome candidates with clinical or pediatric backgrounds
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaborative skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary through high school-aged students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain complete and timely documentation per school and state guidelines
- Guide teachers and family members with strategies and resources to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate ongoing progress to all stakeholders
