Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Winter Garden, FL

Key Qualifications:
- Hold a valid FL Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Clinical experience in a school setting preferred (pediatrics, middle school, SLP-CCC or CFY considered)
- Strong knowledge of effective evaluation, intervention, and progress monitoring strategies
- Familiarity with IEP development and documentation
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver speech-language services for middle school students, tailored to individual needs
- Develop and implement student-centered therapy plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide progress updates to families and colleagues
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in compliance with state and district policies
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to foster student success in inclusive educational environments
