What you’ll need to succeed:
- A valid Professional Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Previous experience in a school setting is strongly preferred, though not required
- Ability to collaborate with educational staff, support diverse student needs, and effectively manage an assigned caseload
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Willingness to complete a time-sensitive, two-part district onboarding process
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language services to elementary students across your assigned site(s)
- Evaluate students, develop intervention plans, and maintain clear, organized records
- Work closely with educators and parents to support communication development
- Adapt interventions to meet individual educational needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide consultative support to staff
Position details:
- Full-time: 37.5 hours/week; assigned to two schools
- Part-time: 22.5 hours/week, three days per week; assigned to one school
