Speech Language Pathologist in Clermont, FL

Key Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Valid professional licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience in school-based settings is highly valued, though not required
- Flexibility to work onsite at local elementary schools
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to student-centered services and professional growth
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary-age students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in groups
- Document progress, create reports, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Communicate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student success
- Fulfill all time-sensitive credentialing, onboarding, and documentation requirements as outlined by district procedures
Available Roles:
- Full-Time: 37.5 hours/week, supporting two elementary schools
- Part-Time: 22.5 hours/week, three days per week, supporting one elementary school
