Speech Therapist in Thomasville, NC
A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Thomasville, NC, within a school setting on a contract basis. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a passion for supporting students from grades 4 through 12 in their communication development.
Location: Thomasville, NC (Exact site to be determined)
Role Type: Contract, On-site only
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 25–30 hours per week
Duration: ASAP through June 9, 2026
Student Caseload: 40–45 students, grades 4-12
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language pathology services to students in grades 4-12.
- Utilize ECATS and Infinite Campus systems for documentation and reporting.
- Collaborate with educators and staff to support individualized educational plans (IEPs).
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress.
- Participate in meetings and maintain compliance with school and state policies.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active North Carolina SLP license required (verification needed).
- NC DPI G License required.
- ECATS experience mandatory.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- No Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) involvement at this time.
- Must be able to work on-site exclusively.
