Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license; eligible for Minnesota certification
- CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status accepted
- Experience in school settings and with early childhood and elementary-aged students strongly preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of 58 early childhood and 1st–4th grade students
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language interventions following a 3:1 model
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multi-disciplinary team
