Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to a caseload of 58 early childhood and 1st-4th grade students
- Utilize the 3:1 service delivery model (three weeks of direct intervention, one week for indirect services/planning)
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and comprehensive evaluations
- Develop and implement targeted treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license in Minnesota (or eligibility)
- CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience or strong interest in working within school settings
- Ability to adapt to diverse educational environments and student needs
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
