Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Winona, MN

You’ll serve a caseload of 58 students in early childhood through grades 1-4, using a 3:1 service delivery model that provides balanced, focused intervention and consultative support. The role allows you to collaborate with teachers and families while tailoring strategies to meet each child’s unique needs.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or eligible for Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Consideration for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Familiarity with the 3:1 service delivery model
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Valid licensure (or eligibility) for practice in the state
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to early childhood and elementary students
- Complete thorough assessments, develop IEPs, and maintain accurate documentation
- Implement evidence-based interventions that promote student success
- Consult with teachers and staff, providing strategies and support
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with families to foster student progress
- Adapt services to meet the needs of a diverse caseload
- Stay current with best practices in speech-language therapy
This opportunity provides the stability of a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) during the academic year, with a well-structured caseload.
