Speech and Language Pathologist - Windsor, VT

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state SLP licensure (or ability to obtain)
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required

- Passion for helping students succeed academically and socially
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in line with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain progress documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to support student growth
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insight for student success
- Adapt services to meet the unique needs of a diverse student population
