School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Windsor, Colorado

Key Qualifications:
- Active Colorado SLP license with CDE certification required
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong collaboration skills to partner with classroom teachers, parents, and other support staff
- Ability to develop and implement individualized plans to address students’ communication needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in compliance with IEP goals
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments, including screenings and evaluations
- Document student progress and maintain meticulous records per school and regulatory guidelines
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to the creation of IEPs and progress updates
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and monitor intervention strategies
- Support students across multiple grade levels, tailoring activities to support diverse learner needs
