Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech and language assessments for students as referred
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Deliver evidence-based therapy, addressing speech, language, fluency, and communication needs
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes consistent with education and legal standards
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure best outcomes for students
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and student support interventions
- Maintain compliance with school, state, and ASHA guidelines
