- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with students, staff, and families.
- Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative SLP services for students as outlined in IEPs.
- Assess and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive support.
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate records.
- Engage with parents and staff to support each student's communication needs.
