Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Wilmington, NC

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students with diverse needs, including articulation, language disorders, and use of AAC devices
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain clear and thorough documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Attend team meetings and collaborate with educators and families to support student progress
- Engage in paid indirect duties, including planning and administrative collaboration
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Current or eligible North Carolina SLP license
- Completion of required background check and fingerprinting before starting
- Experience with school-based populations or AAC is highly valued
- SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, and candidates with pediatric therapy experience are all encouraged to apply
