Position Details:

- Schedule: Monday through Friday, approximately 37.5 hours per week with a 30-minute paid lunch
- Early Childhood Hours: 8:25 a.m. to 3:55 p.m.
- Duration: August 19, 2026, to June 15, 2027
- Work setting: Onsite in a school environment (not virtual)
- Caseload: Diverse school-age population with a focus on early intervention
Key Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Delaware SLP License
- Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) preferred; candidates holding a Clinical Fellowship (CF) or SLPA are not recommended for this position
- Experience working in schools and with early childhood populations is highly valued
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with students, families, and school staff
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services tailored to students’ individual needs
- Collaborate with educators and families to develop and implement effective intervention plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with district standards
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success
