Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Previous experience with pediatric populations (schools experience preferred)
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable adapting to diverse student needs and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech, language, and hearing assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
- Consult with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
