Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) for Delaware
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings is strongly desired
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and hearing disorders in elementary and secondary school students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and other school staff
- Conduct student evaluations and monitor progress toward established goals
- Provide education, support, and resources to families and caregivers
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all compliance and reporting requirements
