Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Wilmington, DE

Desired Qualifications:
- Active and valid SLP license (please ensure documentation is attached with your application)
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Knowledge of healthcare protocols related to SLP practice
- Comfort with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), evaluations, and direct therapy for a diverse range of students
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with SLP clinical fellowship year (CFY) or teletherapy a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language assessment and therapy services to students onsite
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals in collaboration with other educators
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and district guidelines
- Communicate regularly with parents, staff, and administration about student progress and intervention strategies
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and provide insights on communication development
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in school-based therapy
Additional Information: Applicants must be prepared to complete and submit an $85 CBC fingerprinting, TB test (unless providing virtual services), Fingerprint Receipt, and Child Protective Registry Check as part of the contractor packet.
