Multiple openings are available to support a diverse caseload of students, offering the chance to collaborate with passionate educators and contribute directly to student success. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) or Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)
  • Experience working in a school-based setting, preferably with K-12 populations
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Ability to create engaging therapy plans targeting students of varying abilities
  • Passion for helping students overcome barriers to communication and learning

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy to K-12 students onsite
  • Complete assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress
  • Work closely with other educators, families, and staff to develop strategies for student success
  • Participate in team meetings and provide insightful input regarding student needs
  • Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records while adhering to district and state guidelines
