A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available at a K-12 school in the Jersey Shore, PA area, offering an opportunity to provide vital support to students from preschool through early intervention. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screening, assessment, and evaluation of speech, language, and communication skills in preschool and early intervention students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ unique needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions in compliance with school policies.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities as required.
Desired Qualifications:
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Experience working with preschool and early intervention populations preferred.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary school environment.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to student-centered care.
- Valid state licensure as an SLP.
