Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Whitney, TX

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Active, valid state licensure as an SLP
- Experience supporting students in a school-based setting is highly preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver therapy to students with diverse needs, both individually and in small groups
- Monitor progress and document student outcomes in accordance with school guidelines
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
- Provide resources and strategies to classroom teachers to support student goals
- Remain current with evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology
