School Speech Language Pathologist - Whitesboro, TX

You’ll play a key role in assessment, therapy planning, and the implementation of engaging interventions, sharing caseload responsibilities with a team of experienced professionals.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow (CFY) status welcomed
- Previous school-based SLP experience is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and student-centered care
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload in elementary, secondary, and private school settings
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, fellow SLPs, and SLPAs to deliver effective interventions
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and staff development as needed
