This full-time position features a 37.5-hour workweek, with consideration given to part-time applicants. Qualifications and Required Experience:
- Current Michigan SLP license (no SLP-CF’s at this time)
- Previous experience with K-12 populations preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to delivering onsite services (virtual is not an option)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication needs
- Provide direct therapy in accordance with students’ IEP goals
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations
- Maintain accurate documentation and support progress monitoring
- Consult with teachers and support staff to promote inclusive educational environments
