Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold a current Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Candidates with Clinical Fellowship (CF) status are considered
- Previous experience in a school setting or with K-12 populations is a plus
- Ability to work onsite and engage with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Effective communication, adaptability, and advocacy skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services to a diverse K-12 student caseload
- Conduct assessments, create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), and track progress
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain appropriate documentation and adhere to all regulatory, ethical, and school guidelines
