Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state license (or eligibility for licensure) in Ohio
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered
- Prior experience in a school-based SLP position highly desired
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Adaptable and creative when working with students from a wide range of backgrounds and abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in elementary, middle, and high school settings
- Conduct assessments to determine students' needs and eligibility for services
- Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ educational goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities
